Dear Potential Vendor,
The Kenai Crewsers Rowing Club (KCRC) is organizing the 2025 Seward Holiday Arts and Crafts Fair. KCRC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Seward that provides rowing opportunities for adults and youth in the Seward, Moose Pass and Cooper Landing area. Our club has organized the Seward Holiday Arts and Craft fair since 2012.
There were some big changes for the 2024 event last year and we were able to offer an alternative location, although not as large we feel the event went well and was well attended. Although we would love to return to the Dale Lindsay Cruise Ship Terminal, our usual venue, the New Cruise Ship Terminal building project is still ongoing and not available this year. With that in mind we have been able to secure the same venue as last year, the Alaska Vocational Technical Center (AVTEC) Gym. We are excited to be able to still host the fair this year again at the AVTEC gym and look forward to future possibilities of the fair in a brand new Cruise terminal.
Conditions of the event: You must be open the entire event and leave your space clean including tape removal to receive your deposit refund. As mentioned above, the location will be the same as last year, located at 519 4th Ave, Seward, Alaska. This is the AVTEC gym. The dates and times are Friday December 5 from 5pm to 8:30pm and Saturday December 6 from 9:30am to 5:00 pm. Unfortunately we will not be able to offer early set up.
Most booths are 8 feet deep and 10 feet wide, with a few booths 10 foot square and all prices include both Friday and Saturday. A $50 refundable cleaning deposit is required for all booths and is included in the booth prices on the registration form.
To reserve a space, please complete the online application. Due to limited space this year, we are limiting vendors to one booth (initially). If you would like to be considered for an additional booth space we will offer those to vendors on a first come first serve (please indicate this on your initial application), after November 21, 2025, if we have vacant booth spaces available. Booths will be assigned by December 1.
We will only approve one consultant from any direct sales company to participate in the fair. Seward, Moose Pass, and Cooper Landing-based consultants will have priority.
Unfortunately, the new venue does not allow for cooking in the gym so we cannot offer Food Booths this year. Vendors are welcome to sell pre-packaged baked goods.
We do not allow booths for political campaigning.
We look forward to seeing you this year and wish you great success!
